Place...Mission District in Cashmere, Wa.
16 couples to have an afternoon of blind wine tasting & food pairings for 3 courses. We will split up the couples for a brief time to the tasting rooms in the Mission District (Horan Estates, Crayelle Cellars, Cashmere Cellars & Dutch John's Winery) half of the group will stay behind to taste the menu preparations in order to select their choices to hand feed to their mate. Upon their return the touring half would be seated & presented 3 wine & food pairings w/ a blindfold. We will have a 6 bite menu to choose from (2 seafood, 2 cheese-fruit leaning, & 2 red meat options)...finished w/ a brandied truffle cordial & wet-naps

Wenatchee Wine Week is a week of celebrating the wines produced in our own back yard! Here is the calendar of events:
March 17: Horan Go Braugh! Bring your best blarney and a big appetite. We'll celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style with a party - at Horan Estates Winery Production Facility on the Crush Pad! Weeds Cafe will be serving delicious Irish food.

Buffet Dinner featuring glazed honey mustard corned beef with sautéed cabbage, roasted mini red potatoes and caramelized onion plus traditional Shepard’s pie. Additional wine available for purchase.

Use your Mission Ridge lift ticket or season pass for waived tasting fees at Wenatchee Wine Country wineries! Just show your pass or ticket and purchase a bottle to enjoy by a fire after skiing! Sweet!
March blew in like a lion, but before long we'll see crocus peeking out and these snowy days will be behind us. This week is Mardi Gras! Laissez les bon temps roullez! Try a Cajun or Creole dish this week with a yummy Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Syrah or Zinfandel from Wenatchee Wine Country! Also, Wenatchee Wine Week is coming up March 17-22; it's a whole WEEK of wine tasting events and wine dinners for you to enjoy wines produced in our own back yard! In the meantime, here are some fun things going on this week!
First Fridays are art gallery walks in downtown Wenatchee on the First Friday of each month! Two Rivers Gallery, 102 N. Columbia St., features wine from White Heron Cellars on February 7 at this non-profit art cooperative gallery. The Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce Tasting Room, 1 S. Wenatchee Ave., also participates in the First Friday walks, with art and food to enjoy. Cheers to the first Friday of each month in downtown Wenatchee with Wenatchee Wine Country wine in your glass!
Located at 1 S. Wenatchee Ave., the Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce is THE place to learn about fun things to do in Wenatchee! Now they've added a wine tasting bar to let you sample local wines before going to the wineries' tasting rooms for more! A great place to visit, with a friendly staff to welcome you to our town!
